Most clinic software is designed in a meeting room and tested on doctors later. Ayumanager PRO grew the other way around — inside the daily OPD, IPD, and Panchakarma workflows of a real integrative healthcare facility, where every feature had to survive actual clinic days before it shipped.
Ayumanager PRO is built by Shambhavi Technovation, a software company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, focused specifically on Ayurveda, naturopathy, and wellness technology. The team combines healthcare operations experience with full-stack engineering — people who have worked inside clinic operations as well as built the software running them.
We build only for the AYUSH and wellness sector: Ayurveda clinics, Panchakarma centres, naturopathy centres, and wellness resorts. We don't build general-purpose clinic software and adapt it afterward — everything in Ayumanager PRO starts from how an Ayurveda or naturopathy practice actually runs.
Ayumanager PRO's workflows are used and refined every day at Kalyan Integrated Care and Research Centre (KICRC), a multi-modality integrative healthcare facility in Bhuj, Gujarat. It isn't a reference site we visited once — it's where the software runs daily, on real patients.
Features like Panchakarma scheduling, IPD daily notes, discharge summaries, and pharmacy inventory were shaped by the receptionists, therapists, pharmacists, and doctors who use them under real patient load, not by a product team working from assumptions. When something doesn't hold up on a busy OPD day, it gets found and fixed quickly — because our own operations depend on it too.
Not a generic clinic system with renamed labels. Classical prescriptions, anupana, pathya-apathya, and Panchakarma are first-class features in Ayumanager PRO, not customizations bolted on afterward.
If a doctor can use WhatsApp, they should be able to use their case paper screen. Training and onboarding are part of every setup, not something a clinic has to figure out on its own.
NABH-format discharge summaries and NCISM reports should come out of daily work automatically, not from a weekend of audit preparation before an inspection.
Ayumanager PRO is built by a team that combines healthcare operations experience with full-stack engineering.
